Peringatan Hari Kartini

(Kudus, 21 April 2016) Peringatan hari Kartini yang ke-137 diperingati seluruh rakyat Indonesia dengan meriah dan penuh khidmah. Tak terkecuali MTsN 1 Kudus. Dari pagi siswa-siswi MTsN 1 Kudus telah mengenakan abaya untuk para siswi adapun siswanya berpakaian batik. Begitu juga guru dan karyawan putri mengenakan kebaya laksana ibu kartini sementara guru dan karyawan putra dengan memakai baju daerah kudus; jas, kemeja putih dan sarung.

Selanjutnya seluruh siswa-siswi berjajar rapi untuk mengikuti apel pagi peringatan kartini. Meski di bawah terik matahari pagi yang semakin hangat, tapi tidak membuat semangat siswa-siswi menurun. Seluruh peserta tetap semangat dari awal apel hingga akhir.

Dalam peringatan kartini kali ini, MTsN 1 Kudus memperlombakan 3 lomba; lomba baca puisi, lomba melukis dan lomba detektif (menentukan peristiwa kemudian mendeskribsikannya dalam tulisan). Tujuan peringatan kartini ini adalah sebagai peneladanan akan jiwa semangat yang digelorakan oleh pahlawan Indonesia putri melalui dunia pendidikan dan karya.
