Workshop Pengembangan Profesionalitas Tenaga Pendidik dan Kependidikan MTsN 1 Kudus

Dalam rangka meningkatkan profesionalitas kerja guru dan karyawan, MTsN 1 Kudus mengadakan workshop pengembangan profesionalitas tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan yang dilaksanakan di Hotel Agrowisata, Salatiga. Workshop ini berlangsung selama dua hari (Selasa-Rabu, 14-15 Desember 2016).
Selama dua hari itu seluruh guru dan karyawan yang berjumlah sekitar 80 mengikuti pelatihan dari diklat pelatihan Jawa Tengah. Dalam hal ini adalah Dr. Siswanto, M.Pd. Sebelum acara pelatihan dimulai, acara dibuka oleh Kabid Pendidikan Madrasah, Jami’un, S.Pd, M.Pd. Dalam sambutannya beliau menekankan untuk selalu semangat dalam mendidik putra-putri madrasah dengan didikan islami.
Jami’un, M.Pd juga menginformasikan atas peningkatan jumlah siswa madarash seluruh jawa tengah yang diharapkan akan menjadi perubahan besar pada bangsa Indonesia kelak. Karena bekal pendidikan agama islam yang baik tentu akan membuat perubahan moral generasi penerus.
Dr. Siswanto, M.Pd dalam pelatihannya secara garis besar memberikan pelatihan tentang pembuatan soal yang baik dinilai dari beberapa aspek seperti kebahasaan dan faliditas. Dia juga mengatakan tentang perlunya alat bantu pembelajaran dalam rangka mengenalkan secara langsung dan menambah semangat siswa-siswi dalam belajar.
