Menag RI Resmikan Gedung Madrasah, Balai Nikah dan Manasik Haji Melalui Sumber Dana SBSN Tahun 2021

Kudus, MTs Negeri 1 Kudus - Menteri Agama RI, Yaqut Cholil Qoumas di dampingi oleh Direktur Jendral Bimas Islam Kemenag, Kamaruddin Amin, Direktur Pendis Kemenag, Muhammad Ali Ramdani, Kakanwil Kemenag Prov. Jateng, Musta’in Ahmad dan Wali Kota Semarang, Hendrar Prihadi meresmikan Gedung Madrasah, Gedung Balai Nikah serta Manasik Haji KUA dan dilanjutkan dengan Penandatanganan Prasasti Gedung MTsN 1 Kota Semarang serta Balai Nikah dan Manasik Haji KUA Kecamatan Rembang, Kabupaten Rembang secara simbolis. Acara ini bertempat di MTsN 1 Kota Semarang pada Selasa (8/2/22).

Pembangunan ini bersumber pada dana bantuan dari Surat Berharga Syariah Negara (SBSN) Tahun 2021. Hal ini merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas serta berkontribusi kepada Negara dalam memberikan pelayanan keagamaan.

Menteri Agama RI, Yaqut Cholil Qoumas mengapresiasi atas kerjasamanya dalam pelaksanaan puluhan gedung baru Madrasah dan KUA se–Jawa Tengah.

“Saya mengapresiasi atas kepada semua pihak yang telah berkontribusi dalam terealisasinya pembangunan ini. Alhamduliah kita semua bersyukur bisa melihat Madrasah dan KUA di Jawa Tengah berdiri mega dan kokoh yang saat ini sudah membangun Image atau wajah baru. Dulu kita melihat Madrasah dari segi bangunannya sudah tidak layak di pandang. Namun, sekarang bisa kita saksikan bersama keindahannya. Sebisa mungkin merubah wajah Kementerian Agama ini, dari Kementerian yang tidak pernah dilirik orang, menjadi Kemeterian rebutan orang,” kata Menag Yaqut Cholil Qoumas.

Tak hanya itu, Menag menegaskan bahwa ini merupakan tugas bersama dalam memajukan pendidikan Madrasah. Madrasah dulu dijadikan alternatif atau sebagai sekolah cadangan, tetapi sekarang Madrasah dijadikan sebagai destinasi pendidikan atau sekolah unggulan.

“Salah satu caranya adalah memperbaiki tampilan fisiknya, membangun infrastruktur yang lebih baik. Jadikan Madrasah sebagai destinasi pendidikan buat anak kita. Untuk Madrasah atau KUA yang belum mendapatkan bantuan Insyallah tahun ini akan menyusul. Hal ini merupakan salah satu perjuangan dan kontribusi kita semua kepada Negara yang kita cintai. Diketahui bersama Negara ini bukanlah Negara agama, namun semua yang kita lakukan semua didasari dengan nilai-nilai agama,” imbuhnya dihadapan Kakanwil Kemenag Prov. Jateng berserta jajarannya dan dihadapaan Wali Kota Semarang.

Kakanwil Kemenag Prov. Jateng, Musta’in Ahmad menyampaikan di Jawa Tengah telah terselesaikan dengan jumlah 29 Madrasah yang membangun 33 unit gedung yang tersebar di 15 Kab/Kota se – Jawa Tengah meliputi Ruang Gedung Kelas Baru 12 unit, Gedung Asrama Terpadu 17 unit, Gedung Laboratorium Terpadu 3 unit dan Gedung Praktek Pembelajaran 1 unit dengan total anggaran sebesar Rp. 100.080.977.687,- atau serapan sebesar 96,17%.

Adapun jumlah pembangunan Gedung KUA yang tersebar di 6 titik lokasi, meliputi KUA Kec. Kebumen, Kab. Kebumen, KUA Kec. Pakis Haji, Kab Jepara, KUA Kec. Dukuh Turi, Kab. Tegal, KUA Kec. Cilacap Selatan, Kab. Cilacap, KUA Kec. Wirosari, Kab. Grobogan, KUA Kec. Rembang, Kab Rembang dengan total biaya sebesar Rp. 7.286.814.720,- atau serapan anggaran sebesar 99,48%.

Hal tersebut sesuai dengan amanat Undang-undang No. 19 Tahun 2008 tentang SBSN dan peraturan pemerintah No. 56 tahun 2021 tentang pembiayaan proyek melalui penerbitan SBSN . Jawa Tengah telah melaksanakan dengan tepat waktu dan mengkuti dengan segala ketentuan yang ada, baik yang ditentukan didalam juknis No.7357 tahun 2020 di Direktorat Pendis maupun juknis No. 61 Tahun 2020 di Direktorat Bimas Islam.

“Di depan sana masih ada tanggung jawab lagi yang lebih besar, ini merupakan modal yang berharga untuk kita melaksanakan, melanjutkan dan menyelesaikan tugas-tugas berat dimasa depan atau masa yang akan datang. Saya mengucapkan terimakasih kepada semua pihak baik dalam masa pembangunan hingga detik ini dalam menjalankan tugas serta gotong royong, terjalin komunikaisi sosial dengan baik sehingga 3 sukses yang kita dapatkan. Ini juga menjadi jargon Kanwil Kemenag Prov. Jateng yaitu Sukses fisik, sukses adminitrasi pencatatan dan pelaporan, dan sukses sosial,” terangnya.

Madrasah yang mendapatkan bantuan daa SBSN yaitu MAN 2 Kudus, MAN 1 Pati, MAN 1 Kudus, MTsN 1 Kudus, MTsN 2 Kota Semarang, MTsN 6 Kab. Demak, MIN 1 Semarang, MTsN 3 Demak, MAN 2 Wonosobo, MTsN Blora, MAN 3 Sragen, MIN 9 Sragen, MTsN 1 Demak, MTsN 1 Semarang, MAN 1 Surakarta, MAN 1 Pemalang, MAN Kendal, MTsN 1 Pemalang, MTsN 7 Kebumen, MAN Wonogiri, MTsN 1 Kebumen, MAN 2 Kebumen, MTsN 1 Cilacap, MIN 1 Purbalingga, MIN 1 Wonogiri, MAN 1 Karanganyar, MTsN 5 Demak, MAN 2 Surakarta, MTsN 1 Semarang.

“Dengan meningkatnya sarana dan prasarana di jajaran Kementerian Agama, Madrasah dan KUA akan dibarengi dengan peningkatan kualitas dan prestasi madrasah serta memberikan layanan publik untuk menuju reformasi birokrasi di Lingkungan Kementerian Agama,” imbuhnya.

Selain itu, Kepala MTs Negeri 1 Kudus, Taufiq Hidayat sangat bersyukur atas selesainya Gedung Asrama MTs Negeri 1 Kudus dan sudah diresmikan oleh Menteri Agama RI.

“Alhamdulillah, semoga dengan adanya Gedung Asrama menambah semangat siswa-siswi kita untuk belajar dan menempa ilmu agama. Selain itu harapan kita semua dapat meningkatkan kualitas SDM kita sebagai manusia yang unggul dan berjati diri.” Ujar Taufiq.
